Ryan E. Hamilton is the principal attorney at Hamilton Law, LLC. His practice focuses on providing affordable client-centered counseling and legal services for individuals, nonprofits, and small businesses.
Ryan has practiced environmental and energy law in his home state of Pennsylvania since 2014. Ryan earned his law degree with a certificate in environmental and natural resources law at Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. He obtained his B.A. in Philosophy from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
To begin his legal career, Ryan joined Fair Shake Environmental Legal Services as a resident attorney in Pittsburgh. At Fair Shake, he represented individuals and nonprofits in federal, state, and local litigation. He also provided client-centered counseling in negotiations, transactions, and policy development.
In June 2017, Ryan was named in the Incline's: Who's Next: Law, as one of 12 Pittsburghers shaping the legal community. Ryan is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Environment and Energy Law Section and he volunteers as Treasurer of the Solar Unified Network of Western Pennsylvania.
Ryan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
